CBC’s lifting program has been a major part of my success on the baseball field. It’s fun to be able to go in there and get stronger and see results on the field. All of my mainlifts have gone up tremendously in the last 7 months training here, and the accessory lifts that correlate with the way my body moves have been super beneficial as well.
