Deadlift- 115 to 145

The weightlifting program at CBC has made me stronger in every aspect of my game. My main lifts have gone up massive in the months I’ve been training at CBC. My pitching velocity has gone up 3 MPH, and my exit velocity has gone up 5 MPH. The lifting program has also made me quicker when I’m performing on the field. Everyone that comes to train at CBC is competing to be the best so I’m pushed to my limits. This makes it a lot more fun and has made me a better competitor on and off the field. – Cooper Fleming
